Shipping
Timelines and Rates
We carefully package and ship your order within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. All orders ship via CanadaPost Expresspost or UPS Standard.

Right now, we're only shipping within Canada, but if you're located elsewhere, just send us an email - we're happy to figure something out!

We currently offer flat rate shipping. To check shipping times and rates, take a look at the zones below and find your region to get the most accurate estimate. Please note that shipping times are separate from order fulfillment times and start after your order has been fulfilled.

Need your order sooner than what's listed? No problem - just reach out! We can expedite shipping for an additional cost.
Unexpected Delays
Wallflower Studio always does our best to partner with couriers who can get your package to you as quickly and reliably as possible. However, in some instances there may be delays due to weather, postal service strikes, or other unforseen events. If your package is going to be impacted by a potential delay you'll be notified as soon as possible. Your patience and understanding is appreciated!
Returns
Incorrect Items
We do our best to ensure your package contains the correct items, but mix ups can still occur. If you receive the incorrect order please let us know and we'll get you the correct items as quickly as possible, free of charge.
Damages
We take great care in packaging your order securely to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, once your package leaves our studio it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Wallflower Studio is not responsible for any damages that may occur during transit.
Lost Packages
In the rare case that your package is lost in the mail, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to find a resolution.

Wallflower Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. However, if a package is lost in transit, we understand it's not your fault either. In such cases, we may offer a refund of up to 50% if the order cannot be recovered.

If you've chosen untracked shipping and are concerned about your package being lost or delayed, we strongly recommend you choose a tracked shipping method.
