The team began thinking about the types of assets that would work best for the Shopwell’s team, as they already had strong design elements and copy.
Inspired by Shopwell’s company culture, Wallflower created a series of illustrated characters that brought their team to life.
The teams felt it was important to keep the illustrations simple - leading to the black and white line style.
The goal was to create a narrative depicting how e-commerce businesses still rely on human-to-human interactions.
